Description

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), invites qualified companies/individuals to submit quotations for the items specified below. This is to support the operation of USAID/Ethiopia offices in Addis Ababa City.

USAID/Ethiopia will accept submission of quotations only via email for this procurement by the time specified above with the relevant information.  Email submissions shall be sent to the address at addisprocurement@usaid.gov. Late submissions may be considered at USAID's sole discretion.  The award of a contract hereunder is subject to the availability of funds.

The institutions/contractors shall demonstrate substantive knowledge of the subject matter and offer for IT and IT related equipment shall meets all the deliverables mentioned on the SOW.

The awardee will be responsible for ensuring that all objectives are met as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).A fixed price purchase order will be awarded to responsible offeror that submits the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Make sure to submit your quote on or before August 22, 2024, 17:30 local time.

This request for quotation does not obligate USAD to award purchase order nor does it commit USAID to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of quotations.
