Description

Regional Procurement Office East (RPO-E), Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO1) has a requirement for a contractor to provide Regulated Medical Waste and Sharps Disposal services. All work shall be performed for the Network Contracting Office 1, all VA Healthcare s, Medical Centers and their related facilities. The Contractor must be capable to provide all labor, equipment, materials; to include tools and parts, transportation, supervision, permits and licenses to perform the services. Regional Procurement Office East (RPO-E), Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO1) is soliciting a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The Government is breaking the areas into eight sites by facilities. 1. Togus, ME, 2. White River Junction, VT, 3. Bedford, MA, 4. Boston Healthcare System, 5. Manchester, NH, 6. Central Western Massachusetts (Northampton), 7. Providence, RI and 8. Connecticut Healthcare System. The Government intends to select one contractor for each area with an opportunity of one contractor to be selected for multiple areas with a performance period to include a Base Year from 11/01/2022 10/31/2023 with (4) Four One Year Option Periods. The NAICS Code is 562112. Government will evaluate quotations using the comparative evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2(b)(3). Evaluation factors include Technical Capability, Past Performance and Price. The solicitation is a set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and will be available on or about September 19, 2022. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessible to view on the date of issue at the following website: www.sam.gov which will include the Performance Work Statement containing the points of collection, estimated weights, pricing schedule, requirements, and necessary information. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely on this website. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. All interested Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business firms must be registered in VETBIZ.GOV and Verified by VA CVE and registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
