Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will not be issued.
Instructions to offerors, (FAR Part 36) evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.
The solicitation number is 70Z02925QNEWO00199 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates for Construction are included in this order and are applicable.
Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR Part 36, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR Part 36 to be consistent with a request for quotations. This tailoring includes but is not limited to the following: In accordance with FAR Part 36, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR Part 36. Where the word "offer/offeror" or a derivative of that word appears, it is changed to "quote/quoter" or a derivative of that word.
This is acquisition is unrestricted, the applicable NAICS code is 238290.
This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract awarded to the offeror with the Lowest Price. Offerors must be actively registered in System for Award Management - https://www.sam.gov.
The U.S. Coast Guard Contractor shall inspect, adjust, and provide general servicing two three-part hangar door systems (2 30 feet doors) and (1 40-foot door).

The Government Point of Contact (POC) and Onsite support/supervisor for this work is MK1 Tiffany Hughes, (251)424-4472, Tiffany.N.Hughes@uscg.mil . All work shall be coordinated through the POC to minimize operational impacts to the unit during the execution of the work. Request site visit for Thursday Mar 20th 9am.
All quotes are due at by 3:00 pm CST on Mar 24, 2025. Submit quotes to the following e-mail address: Ronnie.L.Mills@uscg.mil Any and all questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Lead Purchasing Agent at Ronnie.L.Mills@uscg.mil no later than Mar 24, 2025, 3:00 pm CST or the question may not be answered.
Work hours: Monday through Friday, 0730 – 1500 (7:30 am – 3 pm) No weekends or Holidays authorized.
Vendors providing an offer must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) prior to close of this solicitation. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The vendors SAM registration must be in an “ACTIVE” status prior to award.
Vendors must ensure that the above listed NAICS codes are listed on their SAM registration to perform this type of service.
APPLICABLE FAR CLAUSES
System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations, including 52.223-22, Public Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Reduction Goals—Representation, and paragraph (t) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Components shall not consider or use these representations.
