Purpose: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide a notice to the public of information applicable to Temporary Janitorial Service Contract at James J. Peters VA Medical Center.
Authority: Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) is issuing this synopsis in accordance with FAR Part 5.204 Pre-solicitation Notices.
Description: James J. Peters VA Medical Center has a need for Temporary Janitorial Service.

Competitive Acquisition: This will be Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside.
Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
Period of Performance:Â 120 days for the base period and one (1) option period for 120 days.

Release Date of the Solicitation: It is anticipated that Solicitation No. 36C24223Q1166 will be released in the first week of November 2023.
