Shipping instructions shall be provided with individual delivery orders. Notwithstanding any other
provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to issuance of delivery order (DD
Form 1155).

This solicitation is being issued under the authority of FAR 6.102(b) based upon competitive procedures. Sources must qualify on subject Qualified Products List (QPL). The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) using FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Government is pursuing an indefinite delivery contract, for a 3-year base and two (2) separately priced one-year option period, not to exceed 5 years. The total contract maximum value is $1,602,54.90. This requirement is for DLA stock support within the continental United States (CONUS). 

Based on market research, these items are commercial, and the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 for this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about Friday May 6, 2022. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The proposed contract is an unrestricted acquisition. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit a quote. 

While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance.
