3/18/2024: The following questions were submitted after the site visit and the answers are provided for all potential offerors:
1. Are the breakers needed to be tested by primary injection or by secondary injection?
Answer: The breakers do not need to be tested via primary or secondary injection.
2. Are you wanting individual quotes for each part (breaker testing, switchgear testing and infrared testing)?
Answer: No. Only a monthly price for all services and parts.
3. Do I need to break each down per individual service rendered or by each year?
Answer: Quote a monthly price that includes all services. Also do this for the option years. Payment will be made on a monthly basis.
3/14/2024: Amendment 0001 Removed all refrences to SF1449 and section A. The CSS does not contain these. See attachmend Amendment.
Orignal RFQ posting: This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for UPS maintenance at the North Little Rock AR Veterans Affairs Medical Center. It is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
There will be a site visit on 3/15/2024.
Offers must include their certification concerning the Limitations on Subcontracting for SDVOSB's.
