Description
SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT - OND is developing a Mentoring program that can support its employees at differing levels within their career. The main purpose for utilizing the MentorcliQ platform is that it will support, streamline, and enhance OND’s mentoring efforts, while achieving our Office objectives for supporting and managing talent. The MentorcliQ software is a full featured system that enrolls, matches, manages, and measures participant progress. The software delivers experiences that are easy, intuitive, and engaging.
The development and implementation of the structured mentoring software is a cost-effective way to address leadership development, knowledge transfer, succession planning, and employee engagement. It is also a proactive way to address the future needs of the OND workforce. The OND Mentoring Program will have specific programmatic requirements, features, and milestones for participants. This also includes periodic program assessments/reports and opportunities for stretch projects. Utilizing the MentorcliQ software will support us in executing these tasks in a fraction of the amount of time it would take if done manually. The platform also includes a mentoring pairing function and program management functions that will significantly improve the efficiency of the mentoring program and the employee’s experiences.
As an added benefit to the program, MentorcliQ will provide sound recommendations and consultation for issues and/or complex problems to promote improved quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our mentoring programs. The inclusion of the mentoring platform support OND’s objectives with managing talent and providing them with resources and opportunities to support their professional growth.
