Sources Sought Synopsis for South Dakota National Guard Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Construction. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY; THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPROSAL. THERE ARE NO SPECIFICATIONS, DRAWINGS, OR SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
