Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Texas Health Care System is posting this combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Nihon Kohden System Upgrade through the Contracting Officer in San Antonio, Texas. The government intends to make a contract award to the Best Value vendor that can provide the required equipment and services in accordance with the attached documents, as a result of this solicitation for quotes.
