Description
This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) to Sole Source (SS) Special Notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This announcement constitutes the only official NOI SS and synopsis of proposed action. This notice is in subsequence to the Request for Information (RFI) 36C25623Q1785 that was published on 08/25/2023 to GPE through SAM and GSA eBuy that obtained only two (2) responses. Which, both potential concerns were deemed incapable to meet the requirements set forth in RFI announcement that was accompanied with a Draft Statement of Work (SOW). Bringing about this NOI SS Special Notice.
