Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has awarded a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Summit Fire & Security under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
Conduct inspection on fire sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers and Ansul units per NFPA Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems, for Non-Water-Based systems, and for Portable Fire Extinguishers at the BIE-Tohaali Community School, Newcomb, NM.
The anticipated delivery date will be August 31st, 2022.
No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220. The point of contact for this requirement is Charmaine.williams-james@bie.edu.
