Description
NOTICE OF AWARD. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSALS.
On March 23, 2022; in response to the requirements of Solicitation 75N95022R00058, the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) awarded Contract No. 75N95023D00010 to the University of Mississippi for the Production of Cannabis and Related Materials for Research. NIDA anticipates the use of Task Orders with an ultimate Ordering Period of up to five (5) years. The Government anticipates the use of cost reimbursement and/or fixed-price task orders. At the time of contract award, NIDA also awarded Task Order No. 1, 75N95023F00001, in the amount of $137,935.00 to meet the Guaranteed Contract Minimum amount of $1,000. The total contract and obligated amount shall not exceed $25,000,000.
