The USPFO of Mississippi will award a single firm fixed price contract for Construction Services

necessary to repair firestation roof at bldg. 155, Project # MDVL132046 for Mississippi Air National Guard 186th Air Refueling Wing in Meridian, MS. Services to be performed are to be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Technical Specifications.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. This request is

100% total small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. Per NAICS 236220,

the small business size standard is $39.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years.

The PSC Code is Y1QA.

IAW FAR 36, Project magnitude ranges from $250,000 - $500,000.

A pre-bid conference and site visit will be conducted on Monday, August 29, 2022 at 10:00AM (CST) for the purposes of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at Mississippi Air National Guard, 186th Air Refueling Wing, 6225 M Street, Meridian, MS, Bldg. 600 RM 114. Bid opening date is scheduled for Monday, September 12, 2022 at 1:00 PM CST. Further details are
