Amendment to Previous Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 36C78624R50078 – Grounds Maintenance Services for Nashville National Cemetery. This purpose of this amendment is to add the revised combined synopsis/solicitation document.
Previous amendment did not include the revised combined synopsis/solicitation document. Response date and time for offers is not extended and remains unchanged. Offers are due by no later than 10:00 a.m. CST on 22 April 2024 to the Contracting Officer, Weston.Worsham@va.gov. Offers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by the time of submission by submitting separate letter or electronic communication which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER. Offeror shall submit one (1) copy of Completed FAR Clause 852.219-75 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting – Certificate of Compliance for Services and Construction (JAN 2023) with the Offeror’s Volume A. See attached documents.
