Description
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. In accordance with FAR 5.203(b) this combined synopsis and solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days.
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Dicision, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) type purchase order for Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) services in accordance with the attached solicitation.
DD 254 will be posted no later than three (3) days prior to solicitation closing.
