The Dayton VA Medical Center, located at 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428, is submitting a combined synopsis/solicitation for multiple awards for quotes from contractors to provide services for beds for qualified single male and female veterans. The services will be required in two different site-. Site One will be within the geographic region/area of Dayton VAMC in Dayton, Ohio, and Site two will be within Wayne County, Indiana. The solicitation will be posted on 13 October 2023 with a closing date for quotes on 03 November 2023. The solicitation will be available for download from beta.sam.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to prospective offerors about the quote submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to quotes by the closing date of 03 November 2023. 15:00 (3:00 p.m.) EST. The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain quotes from contractors who can provide bed services to veterans. Due to the urgent nature of this requirement, contractors will be required to demonstrate their ability to provide services upon contract award. Contract award is expected to be on or about 31 January 2023. NAICS Code is 624221 for Temporary Shelter. All responsible sources may submit quotes which shall be considered by the Agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base at www.sam.gov.
