Description
The VA Palo Alto Healthcare System has a requirement for a reclining rotary chair and amplifier. This solicitation will be unrestricted. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM) and Vetbiz.gov (if applicable). This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer brand name only product for the reclining rotary chair and brand name or equal for the amplifier. All items shall be quoted, new, and not refurbished or recycled.
Price quotes shall include the SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI), VIP Verification (if applicable), Small Business Status (if applicable), an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead (if applicable), and a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510 (Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.
