Project Scope: The scope of this acquisition includes minor construction projects at North Piney Wood Region, Texas (which includes (Wright Patman Lake, Lake O? the Pines, and Jim Chapman Lake) This would include a wide variety of repair and minor construction services, such as:? Carpentry ? Painting? Paving? Road Maintenance? Fencing? Electrical? Sign Maintenance and Installation. Ordering period will be a one-year base and four 12-month option periods.
