NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRACT UNDER A BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to acquire services to Upgrade the Fire Life Safety and Fall Protection Systems at SLC ATCT, 1201 N 4000 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116.

The Rough Order of Magnitude is between $100,000.00 - $500,000.00.

The FAA intends to award an Order to a given contractor under an Agency-wide Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). Competitive offers will be solicited from three vendors utilizing a combined 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside in accordance with AMS T3.6.1 and 3.6.1-16 NOTICE OF COMBINED SET-ASIDE and is not available for full and open competition.
