Description
The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located in Gallup, New Mexico, 87301 has an upcoming requirement for an Endoscopy Mobile Unit in the General Surgery Department.
The period of performance will be as follows:
Date of Award through 8 months.
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339113 with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00070 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 08/07/2023. Evaluation factors may include:
- Technical capability that meets the government requirements as described in Attachment A – Statement of Work or Specifications, particularly those minimum requirements identified in Attachment A, Section 6. Contractor Furnished Property and Submittals.
- Price
- Past Performance. The Government reserves the right to retrieve and review past performance information from the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and other federal sources and systems.
- Delivery and schedule
For submission requirements, refer to the provision at 52.212-1 and any associated addenda. Failure to follow instructions and/or to provide required information may render your quote unacceptable.
Quotes will be due on or by 08/21/2023. The acquisition is unrestricted.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
