Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Vault toilet and Septic tank pumping service.

Contractor shall provide, on a call when needed basis, vault and septic toilet pumping services.  These services include all equipment, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to pump and dispose of all waste products (organic and inorganic) in accordance with State and Federal Regulations in accordance with the Solicitation Provisions, Contract Clauses, Technical Specifications, and Attachments.

All vault toilets shall be pumped EMPTY and all debris shall be removed from the vault and septic tanks during service by Contractor.  All vault toilets systems shall be filled with fresh water at minimum 5% capacity up to maximum 10% capacity by the Contractor. 

Contractor shall adhere to the required current Regulations that Govern Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems, Section 1200-1-6-19, Septic Tank Pumping Contractor, for the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation and other local regulations that may apply. 

This is a requirements contract in which all estimated total quantities are shown on the Schedule of Items.  These estimates are not a representation that the estimated quantities will be required or ordered or that conditions affecting requirements will be stable or normal.  These estimates were obtained from records of previous requirements and consumption, projected need from work plans, or by other means, and are based on the most current information available.
