Description

See attached two documents for full RFI and Draft PWS. Background: The Government is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of the local Korean business community. The US Air Force in Korea is seeking information from qualified companies to provide air show announcer services for our upcoming air show on Osan AFB. The selected announcer will be responsible for introducing air acts, performers, and providing play-by-play commentary to keep the crowd entertained and informed throughout the event.Requirements:Company Profile: The announcer must be a representative of a Korean company with a proven track record of providing air show announcer services.Past Performance: The company must have provided air show announcer services for the US Air Force or other reputable air shows within the last 2 years in the United States.English Proficiency: The announcer must demonstrate clear and proficient English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the audience and performers over a loudspeaker, in a clear and concise manner.Resume: The company must provide a resume of the proposed announcer, including their experience, qualifications, and any relevant certifications or training.Music Licensing: The company must have the necessary licenses and permissions to play music during the air show and must provide proof of these licenses upon request.Emergency Response: The announcer must be able to coordinate with local emergency management officials in the event of an emergency and be able to calmly and clearly convey emergency instructions to the crowd.
