Description

Solicitation for End Item: N/A, NSN: 1660-01-339-2224  , PR 0090581500, OVERHAUL KIT, REGULA with Part Number 1601312-1.   This is an Unrestricted, firm fixed price definite quantity, other than full and open competition acquisition for 20 each.  This is a Critical Application Item; NAICS 336411. Potential source: COBHAM MISSION SYSTEMS DAVENPORT LSS 99251. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Delivery Schedule: 229 days ADO.  Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.  The request is for a written proposal.  Please submit offers to email Mathew.Adeniyi@dla.mil.  OFFERS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.  ELECTRONIC OFFERS ARE ACCEPTABLE.  A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). 

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  The solicitation issue date is on or about March 10, 2022.  The closing date will be on or about April 08, 2022.  If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $700,000, a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer.  If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Substantial Plan will be required with the offer to receive an award.  Regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM Registration is at HTTP://WWW.SAM.GOV.
