INTENT NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for Boiler Useful Life Inspection. The contractor shall provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to provide the services. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: Hunter Holmes McGuire VAMC, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd. Richmond VA. 23249 Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a base contract beginning 1 Sept, 2023 31 Jan 2024 strict accordance with all schedule specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 541380, Testing Laboratory and Services. Maintenance with a size standard of $19 Million. This requirement will be solicited as a SDVOSB set aside. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 15 Aug 2023 via Contract Opportunities website via SAM.gov.
