Description

The Federal Bureau of Prison - Federal Correctional Complex Beaumont, Texas, intends to issue Solicitation 15B50222Q000000029 for the provision of Quarterly Canned Good Items.  The Government reserves the right to make a formal single or multiple awards for this provision.  The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 311421.  This solicitation is restricted to 100% small business, FOB Destination, and is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract.  Canned Good Items are to be delivered to the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), located at 5980 Knauth Road, Beaumont, Texas 77705.  Estimated delivery date will be             October 15, 2022.  The Government will award to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors only.  The contractor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in the statement of work.  The solicitation will be available on or about August 22, 2022, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.  Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.  Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.  The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation.  All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.  The website for registration is www.sam.gov.  The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about September 06, 2022.  The solicitation is set aside 100% for small business concerns.  Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.  All responsible small businesses may submit a quotation which will be considered for an award.
