Posting of Request for Proposals (RFP) W912PA-22-R-0001, including Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement and Attachment 2 - Price Book for Armed Guard Services on US Military Installations in Belgium.
SITE VISITS are scheduled on 17 January 2022 and 18 January 2022 - for more details see RFP page 3.
Offer Due Date: see block # 8 of Standard Form 1449 - Date/time specified is local European Time.
The supported requirement is for the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Benelux for USAG Benelux-Chièvres Air Base and Daumerie Caserne, USAG Benelux-Brussels, USAG Benelux-Brussels-Sterrebeek Annex and USAG Benelux-Zutendaal Army Preposition Stock (APS-2).
USAG Benelux is seeking a contractor to provide armed guard services in support of the USAG Benelux mission as it operates and must secure all US Military Installations in Belgium. The services include labor, management, tools, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation necessary for performance of armed guard services. The Belgian private security industry is regulated by the Belgian Law on Private and Special Security which was enacted in 2017.
Period of Service Performance:
Five-Year Ordering Period from 01 May 2022 thru 30 April 2027.
Only contractors who are registered and have an active account in the System for Award Management (SAM) may be awarded a contract as a result of the solicitation.
Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Contractors shall be registered in WAWF.
Because this requirement is located OCONUS, FAR Part 19 does not apply, therefore this requirement will not be set aside for small business.
