Description

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Defense Logistics Agency is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support requirements for the Fuel Servicing Unit.

The requirement is sole sourced to Spokane Stainless Technologies Inc. (Cage 66144) part number 98-2003-1-XXX and part number AGE600S-GP12VDC.

This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a Request for Proposal (RFP).  This notice should not be construed as a commitment by DLA Troop Support for any purpose.  DLA Troop Support assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred

The intent of this sources sought notice is to gather information that will identify sources for the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced item for a Definite Quantity Contract.

Fuel Servicing Unit, NSN 4930-01-617-3365, RS021: Shelf-life requirement RS001 for a type 1 (code R) item with a shelf life of 48 months (non-extendable) applies to this item part number 98-2003-1-XXX and part number AGE600S-GP12VDC. 

If a solicitation would result, it would be synopsized on the Contract Opportunities website at Sam.gov for any such notices.
