Solicitation documents will be available on or about January 27, 2023. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from Vendors that are verified and registered in SAM.gov and verified in VIP as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) from the Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). *Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See https://www.sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/index.jsf ). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to Rosario Chaidez, Contract Specialist, at email: Rosario.chaidez1@va.gov Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) will be issuing a request for proposal for a general construction contractor to replace, windows on the 2nd and 3rd floor of Bldg. 650 at Sacramento VA Medical Center identified in the statement of work located at the Sacramento VA Medical Center at 10535 Hospital Road, Mather, CA 95655. Work must include, but not limited to the following: The Contractor must furnish and provide all labor and materials needed to perform all demolition, replacement, installation, and commissioning of the Sacramento VA Medical Center Bldg. 650, 2nd and 3rd floor windows as IAW the Statement of Work (SOW). Vendors must demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements. The SOW, specifications, drawings, and attachments for all details will be published when the Solicitation has been posted. The Period of Performance (POP) for this project is estimated to be around or about 326 calendar days or more from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
