Description
This is a solicitation notice for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 13.5, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.
The NAICS code is 336611 and the Small Business Standard is 1,250 employees. This is a notice for a Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) solicitation. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to solicit responses from qualified sources capable of providing:
Maintenance of five (5) Harbor Security Boats and associated trailers to include preventative maintenance and repair of non-functioning equipment. Preventative maintenance and repairs required under this contract shall be performed off-site unless the repair is small and can be performed onsite without interference in base operations. The Contractor shall provide certified technicians to perform all repairs and preventative maintenance as well as secure on-site storage for the boat while it is in the contractor's possession all in accordance with the Statement of Work.
This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. The contract will be comprised of one (1) base period, and four (4) option periods, all with POPs of one (1) year. The period of performance for the base is from 09/30/23 - 09/29/24. The periods of performance for each option years will be as follows: 09/30/24- 09/29/25, 09/30/25 - 09/29/26, 09/30/26 - 09/29/27, and 09/30/27 - 09/29/28 respectively.

Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the posting of the solicitation and any amendments thereto.
