Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars (FAC) 2023-05 effective SEP 2023.

This procurement is set aside for Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 238330 - Flooring Contractors and the Small Business Size Standard is $19 million.

Scheduled Site Visit: September 26, 2023, 9:00 AM at 402A Fram St., Petersburg, Alaska.  Please notify dawn.poppler if attending the site visit.

Description of Requirement: Flooring and trim replacement in the Petersburg Bunkhouse on the Tongass National Forest.
