Replace Warehouse Shelving

This is a combined solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, additionally, the quote must be valid for a period of not less than 30 calendar days. To assure timely and equitable evaluation of the quote, the offeror must follow the instructions contained herein. The quote(s) must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 337215 and the size standard is 500 employees.

Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your response to the Contracting Officer, SSgt Gary Spillane at gary.spillane@us.af.mil no later than 1300 Eastern Standard Time on Monday, 06 June 2022 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Contractors are encouraged to offer their most advantageous/best quote. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be considered late and may not be considered for award. There is no preliminary layout with elevation detail. Pallet dimensions are 40" L x 48 1/2" W x 36" H. We will need space to lift pallets in/out of shelves. Max Pallet's weight is 650 lbs, in accordance with PWS. Pallet Type is a mix between wooden pallets and metal bins. The load will not overhang pallets in any direction.
