Description

February 3, 2023 - Modification 1

This is modification 1 to the synopsis entitled 80JSC023THERMAL- Collaboration on Thermal Protection System and Hot Structure Development  which was posted on December 15,2022. You are notified that the following changes are made: update primary point of contact and extend the due date.

The due date for responses is extended to February 24. 2023.

Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.   Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.

This notice is issued by the NASA/Johnson Space Center (JSC) to post a RFI to solicit responses from interested parties.  This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well as promote competition. 

This presolicitation synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.  The Government may not respond to questions/concerns submitted. The Government will use the information to finalize the RFP as necessary.

All comments or questions shall be submitted electronically via email to Rosalie Carpentier at rosalie.carpentier-1@nasa.gov and Yushu Mao at yushu.mao@nasa.gov, no later than February 3, 2023 04:00 pm CST.  When responding, reference 80JSC023THERMAL.
