IDIQ Environmental Laboratory Services

The services will be acquired using a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) / Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) single award contract for Environmental Laboratory Services. Solicitation for Environmental Services which may include sampling, field and laboratory testing and contract task order management services. Locations may include California, Hawaii, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming and Alaska. Initial period of performance includes a 90-day Phase-In period. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items necessary to provide the services described in the attached schedule of Exhibit Line Item Numbers (ELINs), with line items directly associated to the performance objectives of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in accordance with Attachment FFP Exhibit ELINs. The period of performance for this CLIN is directly tied to the Delivery Date in Section F where the ordering period is extended by the award of the option period(s). This CLIN is for designation of the maximum capacity for the Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity ordering, after issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP). The aggregate total of all task orders awarded during the Base period, and all Options (if exercised), shall not exceed $49,900,000.00. The minimum guarantee is $5,000.
