Description
ATTENTION BIDDERS: Amendment attachments are accessed by clicking "PIEE Solicitation Module Link for W911S224B8300" within the "Attachments/Links" section of the SAM.gov posting. That link will take you to the PIEE solicitation module. Click "Download All Attachments" button to download a compressed (zipped) folder; solicitation amendment and revised documents will be in a subfolder named “0001”.
The Contractor shall provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the repair and replacement of existing roofs on various building structures located at Fort Drum, in accordance with this Statement of Work, specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Completed work shall result in each building or facility being watertight and impervious to the weather and its elements. All work shall be completed by personnel skilled in the type of work involved. When new work adjoins, connects or abuts existing work or facilities, the existing work or facilities shall be altered as required and the connections made in an approved, workmanlike and professional manner. All existing work or facilities damaged by the Contractor?s operations, other than facilities specified to be removed in a task order, shall be repaired or replaced by the Contractor at no cost to the Government. Prior to performance of any work, a preconstruction orientation shall be held at Fort Drum unless waived by the Government. The Contractor shall have a representative attend who has authority to make decisions for and sign contractual documents on behalf of the Contractor.
