Description
THIS RFI IS BEING ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH DFARS PGI 206.302-1, IN WHICH DHA SEEKS TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT FOR SURGICAL QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS AND ACCREDITATIONS. The Medical Affairs, Clinical Support Division, Clinical Quality Management Branch, Clinical Quality Measurement Program of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a requirement to provide surgical quality improvement programs for the Department of Defense (DoD) military treatment facilities (MTFs) located worldwide to sustain and improve the quality of inpatient surgical care.
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is being issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Either a notice of intent to sole source or solicitation synopsis will be posted via SAM.gov.
Interested parties should review the RFI attachment for this notice in full detail and provide a response no later than the requested deadline. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The DHA has not made a commitment to procure any of the items/services discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Questions submitted regarding this RFI will not be accepted or acknowledged nor will there be a response.
