A.1 Background/Description of the Action: In accordance with FAR 16.503, this is a Requirements Contracts, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Solicitation.

A.1.1 Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source", the Government intends to award a Sole Source, FFP, Requirements Contract to Hunter Defense Technologies Global, Inc. for the Pre-Cleaner Iris Valve. 

A.1.2 The following information contains the detailed requirements:

A.1.3  Ordering Years (Periods) are as follows:
First Ordering Year:        Date of contract award through 365 days
Second Ordering Year:   366 days through 730 days
Third Ordering Year:       731 days through 1095 days
Fourth Ordering Year:     1096 days through 1460 days
Fifth Ordering Year:         1461 days through 1825 days

CAUTION: The solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
