Z2DA--693-15-101 | Plumbing Upgrade Phase 3

The scope of work shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required to install new water line on all floors from the Ground floor to 13th floor of the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Facility, 1111 East End Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711.  The Phase 3 plumbing construction at a minimum shall include the following items: replacement of vertical water distribution/returns on all floors of buildings Ambulatory Care Addition, new risers in building 27, new primary water filtration system, new secondary water filtration at point of use as required by hospital function, demolition of old water risers and horizontal and vertical piping. renovate penthouse tank, upgrade controls system for penthouse tank, and shutoff/isolation valves at appropriate locations.  Install new hot and cold-water loops on all floors with distal points as indicated on drawings. Additionally, work will include removal of personal restroom indicated on drawings, renovate older restrooms, and install new restrooms as indicated on drawings.
