Description
Synopsis/Solicitation Combo
INTRODUCTION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 02 June 2023. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 336612 - Boat Building with an associated size standard 1,000 employees.
SPECIFICATION
The U.S. Geological Survey, Forest and Rangeland Ecosystem Science Center require the purchase of one hovercraft for accessing shallow terminal lakes throughout the Great Basin region. Please see solicitation document(s) for a detailed description and solicitation provisions/clauses.
SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS/PROPOSALS
Quotations/Proposals shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at nlushenko@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 23 June 2023 at 1700 Eastern Time.
