Description
The NTSB has a requirement to provide public access to live and archived webcasts of public hearings, Board Meetings, and other NTSB events as well as Wi-Fi services to be provided in the press room during these events. The number of Board meetings, public hearings, forums, and symposia will vary. These events may be in person, virtual, or a combination of both. In rare cases, an event may occur at an off-site event production site.
The Government anticipates awarding one (1) IDIQ type contract with individually funded task orders using FFP rates to the responsible Contractor whose proposal that conforms to the RFP, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other price factors considered, such that it provides the best value to the Government. Best value is defined as the procurement process that results in the most advantageous acquisition decision for the Government that is performed through an integrated assessment and trade-off analysis between price and non-price factors.
Interested parties are instructed to dowload the attached solicitation, 9531BM23R0022, and follow the Proposal Instructions detailed in Section L of the Request for Proposal (RFP). Section L - Proposal Instructions also contains information regarding the scheduled Site Visit and instructions and deadlines for submission of questions in response to the RFP.
Access to this RFP and amendments will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) website: www.sam.gov under Contracting Opportunities. All Contractors are cautioned that it is your responsibility to frequently check back to the website to ensure that you have received all issued amendments.
8/29/2023 - Amendment 0001 to the RFP is posted to provide NTSB responses to questions received prior to the due date and time for receipt of questions.
