Update 1/24/2023: Amendment 0002, proposal extension, RFI Set 2 and updated Specifications, and all corresponding attachments has been uploaded to SAM.gov posting.  Please ensure Past Performance Questionnaires are submitted timely. Ensure all attachments are reviewed in the SAM.gov posting.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Funded - A80 TRACON Roof Replacement located at Peachtree City, GA.

The SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or responses for this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement.

All questions regarding the SIR must be submitting in writing to Ms. Thuylinh TranNguyen at thuylinh.trannguyen@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than January 12, 2023 by 1300 EST. Questions received after 1300 EST on January 12, 2023 will not be considered.

Proposals are due no later January 26, 2023 by 1300 EST. Any proposal received after 1300 EST on January 26, 2023 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award.

A site visit is schedule for January 5, 2023 at 0900 EST. Refer to Section L.3 of the SIR for site visit instructions. All participants must submit interest in writing to Ms. TranNguyen no later than December 30, 2022 by 1300 EST for participation approval.

To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
