Description

UPDATE:  Please see the revised PWS dated 11 April 2024 attached. The following changes in bold text have been made: 

1.6.11.7 Warehouse: The contractor shall operate a warehouse and MI Systems Maintenance Facility at a Government-provided facility within 45 miles from HQ INSCOM.

5.2.2.1.32.2 Warehouse: The contractor shall manage provided warehouse space, operate contract warehouses, and staff a Government warehouse facility.

U.S. Army INSCOM G4, in partnership with Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA/INSCOM) and the Command Services Office (CSO) will host the GILE TEM. The GILE Program Management Office (PMO) will provide a detailed overview of the GILE requirement during the kick-off event on Wednesday, 24 April 2024.  Vendors will have the opportunity to attend a 30-minute 1-on-1 virtual session with the GILE PMO, ACC-DTA, & CSO representatives.

Technical Exchange Meeting Goals:

  1. Provide an in-depth overview of the GILE requirement 
  2. Provide an engagement opportunity for contracting professionals and Industry representatives
  3. Ensure synergy between INSCOM and Industry representatives

Coordinating instructions: Registration for the GILE TEM and 1-on-1 virtual session is required for all attendees and can be made through the Registration Link below.

Please register for the GILE TEM by Wednesday, 17 April 2024. Available 1-on-1 virtual sessions will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your date/time slot has been confirmed, the point of contact listed in the form will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation.

The United States Government values industry’s expertise and input. Please review the attached material and provide comments and questions your company may have with supporting the GILE requirement. All comments and questions related to the attached material is due no later than Monday, 22 April 2024, to ACC.DTA@us.army.mil  Responses to all questions will be provided in a written document to all industry participants as an update to this special notice after the TEM, so that all industry partners receive the same information.

This notice is not a Request for Proposal or an invitation for bid, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to make an award based on this TEM or virtual 1-on-1 sessions, or otherwise pay for the information which will be received.
