2022 Depot Overhaul/Repair (MK11 Seal Delivery Vehicle) RFI

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. NAVSEA PUBLISHED THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the capability to provide Depot Overhaul/Repair of MK11 SEAL Delivery Vehicle (SDV) systems. Contractors will perform this work at their facilities and within or outside the continental United States of America. The estimated period of performance for these efforts is between January 2025 and December 2029.

The Government Furnished Information will not be posted online as an attachment to this sources sought notice.  It is available by request. To obtain a copy of the documents, companies shall submit a written request via email to Robert Morse at Robert.f.morse.civ@us.navy.mil and Kiara McCummings at kiara.j.mccummings.civ@us.navy.mil. The written request must include the company name, cage code, SMO Code (if available), complete destination address, and point of contact. Note, Personally Identifiable Information and citizenship may be requested by NAVSEA security personnel during the validation process. A Company “Empowered Official” may be required to sign a Non-disclosure Agreement for the protection of controlled unclassified information (CUI) in accordance with DOD INST 5200.48 (https://www.esd.whs.mil/DD/), as a condition of receiving Government Furnished Information. The document will be provided only to those companies registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Contractors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation of requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220, or via the internet at www.sam.gov.

THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT SOLELY ON THE BASIS OF THIS SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE.
