Description

The requirement is to provide health insurance  services for local employee staff (LES) of the U.S. Embassy Tunis, Tunisia.

The anticipated performance is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery/requirements type contract.

The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference is in the solicitation and the invitation letter.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
