The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to provide services for USAID’s Missions in Central America and Mexico, as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). 

The objective of this IDIQ contract is to provide USAID Regional and Bilateral Missions within Central and Latin America with a flexible, streamlined, and total integrated service solution for addressing a variety of issues affecting the root causes of irregular migration from Central America to the United States, particularly those related to economic opportunity, governance and transparency, climate change, crime and insecurity.
