Description

The following proposed contract action is for soliciting interest in a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The contracts will be awarded as firm-fixed-price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract IDIQ contracts for roof replacements and repairs to facilities belonging to the NIST campus, Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Gaithersburg, MD 20899.  This procurement will result in an estimated period of performance of one (1) base period plus four (4) option periods awarded to multiple contractors. This is a Sources Sought ONLY, not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to award a contract now or in the future.
