Description
GENERAL - This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Septic and sewage holding tank pumping services in support of the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence, located at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, Camp Bullis training site. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
Description of Services - The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, to complete the non-personal services to empty the septic and holding tank located at 22519 Marne Rd., Camp Bullis, TX. The tank is located outside of the compound at an easily accessible corner of the compound with access via gravel road that leads to the septic tank with plenty of room to navigate with a large vehicle.
Scope - Sewage septic and holding tanks at JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Camp Bullis, TX support training for the Basic Combat Casualty Care Course and has a holding capacity of approximately 3,000 gallons.
Objectives - Provide pumping services for the single tank twelve times per year on a monthly basis.
Basic Work For Septic Tanks - The contractor shall provide pump out service for one (1) septic tanks specified in this contract at the locations and frequency specified. All services will be charged on a volume pumped, not system volume.
Provide Pumping Services - The contractor shall provide scheduled pumping services to tanks. The contractor shall make sure that all pumped waste is contained and that the immediate area around the tank is free from any pumped waste. In the event of a spill, the contractor shall immediately clean the spill area and contact the COR.
