This is a Request for Proposal (RFP).

This acquisition is to obtain services with a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for performing the repair and fleet modernization onboard USS DELBERT D BLACK (DDG 119) SSP SERM-506-24 INCREMENTAL SELECTED RESTRICTED AVAILABILITY (ISRA). The type of work being performed are repairs to hull, mechanical, electrical, electronic, equipment, and components, as well as an extensive preservation package.

In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 7299A, the "Homeport Statute", this procurement will solicit offers from all offerors capable of performing the work in the Mayport homeport area.The place of performance is to be at Naval Station Mayport, Florida, USA.

The solicitation is FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. It is the Navy's intent to award a firm fixed price contract for the performance of this requirement. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 336611.
