Headquarters Air Force at the Armed Forces Entertainment Office at Joint Base Andrews has a requirement under the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 541810 Advertising Agencies. The size standard for this NAICS is $22.5M. Contract type shall be Firm-Fixed Price as determined to be in the best interest of the government.
This is a 100 percent Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentally (NAFI) requirement under the direct guidance of AFM 64-302 and not subject to mandatory FAR regulations, however such regulatory guidance may be used at the contracting officer’s discretion.
The requirement is to provide: Armed Forces Entertainment Marketing and Media Support/Sustainment Services.
Please note: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
Attached documents included with this notice include; SF1449-RFP in zip format with PWS and NAF Clauses attached, Section L and M provision Addendums, PPQ, PPQ Cover Letter, Facts Sheet, Pricing Matrix, and Client Letter.
