There is no need to register for the site visit prior to the date. Are both window surfaces to be cleaned? Only Exterior (outside) side of the windows are to be cleaned. Do high rise buildings have structural anchors to support scaffolding? The only high rise building we have is the tower (9 stories). We are currently checking with the engineering department for this question. The details will be in a forthcoming amendment. What is the maximum height of each building? See above question 1 Are there any atriums? What is their height above a stable work surface? Building 330 Level is between 1 and 1 1/2 stories high Building 340 Level is between 1 and 1 1/2 stories high Who is the incumbent? The incumbent vendor was NC Highmaintenance, LLC. What is the annual value of the current contract? $219,889.00 Total (B+4 OY) Are you able to share with me the dollar amount the previous contractor charged Please see #8, I can only provide the total contract value. Can you provide the blueprint of all buildings that will need attention? The Engineering department can provide documents including drawings, site elevations etc. Please let me know what exactly you are looking for and I will provide the documents in a separate solicitation amendment once documents are gathered from engineering department. Can please provide the square footage of all buildings that need to be attended to? Square footage is not applicable to this requirement as the work requested is to clean exterior windows only. Do you know how many skylights there are? None at the present time. In regard to the site visit, do we provide contact information of attendee beforehand or show up following the procedures detailed in the solicitation? We plan on awarding this contract before 5/1/24, the actual performance for this requirement as stated in the PWS would be scheduled in the months of June and November. regarding the certificate for "LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING", I wanted to confirm if there were any deviations that could occur on this specification. There are no deviations to the current rule at this time.
