This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the USDA Forest Service Region 9  – multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to conduct Environmental Analysis and Decision Making (EADM) activities in support of requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and other environmental laws and regulations: 1256A119A0001, 1256A119A0002,1256A119A0003, 1256A119A0004, 1256A119A0005, and 1256A119A0006.

Project Title: The Shawnee National Forest Environmental Assessment
Project Description:  This Project provides for the analysis, documentation of the analysis, and rationale for decision for the Shawnee National Forest Prescribed Fire EA. The documentation shall be in the form of an Environmental Assessment (EA) and a Decision Notice/Finding of No Significant Impact (DN/FONSI) that are developed under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

This BPA is composed of Small Businesses. There are currently 6 businesses that will receive this solicitation.
